I build software.
Most of what I make starts as something I wanted to exist and couldn't find. A memory vault my assistant can actually read and write. A task manager it can use as well as I can. An app that takes Slack off my phone when a Focus mode says I'm off. Small things, mostly finished, which is more than I can say for the ones that aren't here.
Currently: Principal Engineer at YuLife, where I work on architecture and delivery across partner, client and member-facing systems, and lead the company-wide AI adoption programme. More on that in About.
A GitHub-backed markdown vault that gives Claude persistent memory everywhere I use it.
A task manager that ships its own MCP server, so my assistant can file a task as well as I can.
Spins up linked git worktrees across several repos at once, with hooks and env wiring between them.
Takes away the apps you name, driven by whichever Focus mode you're already in.
Weight, breathing rate and vet visits for your animals, in a record you can hand to a vet.
Some of these come from the same habit: get the boring layer right first. A task manager that stores tasks properly is a better task manager, and it's also the one my assistant can use without scraping a UI. The rest are things I thought should already exist.
